Hello beautiful souls,
Today, I just realised that negativity is caused by an accumulation of psychological time and denial of the present.

What exactly does this mean?

A lot of times you notice that you are missing out on a lot of things that go on in your life or around you because you are consumed by your own thoughts. All forms of fear such as; worry, unease, anxiety, tension and so on are all caused when you focus too much on the future and not enough presence. While, on the other hand; regret, guilt, bitterness, sadness and all forms of unforgiveness are usually caused when you focus too much on the past and not enough presence.

What is this basically telling you?

Stop focusing too much on your past or future, because truly, it is now that you have, can feel and can hold on to.
We need to live more in the moment. Living in the moment is also called "mindfulness" which basically involves being with your thoughts as they are, neither grasping at them nor pushing them away. Instead of letting your life go by without living it, you awaken to experience.

Feel every moment
Enjoy today

Never forget, you can dream of the future but what you truly have is NOW!!!
Take control of your present moments and enjoy it to the fullest.
