Happy Easter Sunshines!!!

We are still very much in the Easter Spirit. I hope we all had an amazing Easter weekend. Well, yesterday which was Easter Monday, I worked at a healthy living event  - Refreshed Healthy Living Event at Landmark Event Center and it was a life changing event. I got to learn a lot about the body and tips on living a healthy lifestyle. So, I will be sharing with you some tips for healthy living;



1. HOURS OF SLEEP

I cannot stress this enough. Sleep is very important. It plays a vital role in keeping us healthy and sound. So, do not underestimate the power of sleep.

2. WATER

Water is one of the most emphasized sources of good skin. It is also known to keep you refreshed and hydrated. It is very vital to our health.

3. MENTAL BREAKS

Sometimes, we all need to take a break from work. You are not s robot, take that leave, go on vacation, give yourself a treat before your body breaks down or crashes on you.

4. AM MEDITATION / PRAYER

Setting aside a little time to reflect and commune with your spirit not only helps you physically relax but gives you a sound spirit and mind.

5. GRATITUDE JOURNALS

Did you ever think for a second that there was nothing to be grateful for?  Think again!  Start journaling today. It could be during your quiet times (meditation), first thing in the morning. Write down the things you are grateful for, the good things and amazing moments you cherish. You'll be amazed by how this can turn your life around.
